Jerry Clinkscales III, Co-Owner of CR Consultants
Jerry’s experience is extensive. He has 30 years of combined Active & Reserve Military service, over 15 years of Corporate experience with a Fortune 500 Company, and Government Civilian experience at the Federal, State and Local levels.
Jerry's areas of expertise include leadership, project management, manufacturing operations, maintenance management, logistics, business continuity, emergency management, auditing, process improvement, facilities management, finance, human capital, and accounting.
Jerry retired from the Army at the rank of Colonel having served in Infantry and Logistics leadership positions of increased responsibility. His final Army assignment was with the Department of Defense, Defense Finance & Accounting Services as Director of Contingency Operations.
Following retirement Jerry worked as an Accountant for the State of Indiana, and later as the Director of Internal Audit and Performance for the City of Indianapolis. Jerry worked for RR Donnelly as a supervisor and project manager while serving in the Army Reserves.
Currently residing in Indianapolis, IN Jerry volunteers with local veteran charities, serves on the board for the Day Spring Family Homeless Shelter, is the former Chairman of the American Society for Military Comptrollers (ASMC) Military Committee and held various local officer positions in Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
Jason Reyes, Co-Owner of CR Consultants
Jason's background is unique and provides him with the tools for success regarding business continuity and emergency management isues.
Jason has over 18 years of experience in various fields such as retail, business operations, intelligence and business continuity. Jason is currently serving in the United States Army Reserves as a Military Intelligence Officer. His current Area of Concentration is in Strategic Intelligence which entailed profiles of various insurgent groups and disaster planning regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Environmental (CBRNE) operations, and reported to the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), in Charlottesville, VA. Also served as a Business Continuity Planner for the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), for the Operations Directorate. He received his Bachelors of Science in Business Marketing at the University of Maryland, and has served in the DoD Financial Community for over 15 years.
Jason currently resides in Fishers, Indiana, and is the chairman of the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC), Military Committee Indianapolis Chapter. He has also contributed to various mediums by writing articles for Current in Carmel, the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Daily Business Journal, and profiles for the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC). He served as the Chairman of the ASMC Military Committee, he has been able to generate donations to local Veterans groups, raise money through golf outings, and raise awareness of programs, such as homelessness, that are currently in place in Indianapolis. He now serves as the VP of Finance for the ASMC Indianapolis Chapter.
